Yael Ohana is an expert in the field of non-formal education and international youth work. After working at the Council of Europe’s European Youth Centers, she founded Frankly Speaking, an independent education and policy consultancy, which she ran for 15 years. In 2019, she joined the Open Society Foundations in Berlin, and currently works as Executive Advisor to the Managing Director for Europe & Eurasia.
